I'm afraid it's much too small really to be able to read all those numbers. And I think you should remove it anyway because I can see it shows your personal info like name DOB etc which you don't want to have on a public forum.

MIckeyrow Vit D needs to be 100-150 nmol/L. B12 needs to be at the top of the range, even 900-1000. Folate needs to be at least half way through it's range so that's 35+ with that range. The suggestions about supplements given in your previous thread still apply healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

Ferritin is over range, are you supplementing with an iron supplement? If not it can indicate inflammation somewhere, as does your high CRP.

What thyroid meds are you on? It's unusual to have such low FT4 and FT3 with an under range TSH when on meds. How do you feel?

Thank you Seaside Susie. 75mg Thyroxine and trying 25g T3 . Taking Vit D 5000 1 day B12 under the tongue small pink tablet and all the other bits you recommended. Just feel tired a bit of aches and flat like a deflating balloon. No movement on weight have not lost any even with the supplement t3 and vits. How would I know what is causing inflammation? Thank you

MIckeyrow You don't know if it is inflammation that is causing the high CRP and ferritin, it's just that it is a possibility. High CRP can be caused by an infection or long term disease. One possible cause for high ferritin is that you body might be absorbing too much iron. I would discuss it with your GP.

What dose B12 are you taking? I would suggest 5000mcg daily with your level. If you're already taking that dose, and have been for a few months, then it's not increasing very quickly and I'd question whether it's being absorbed properly.

Hi, Solgar sublingual B 12 1000mcg 1 per day under tongue- so shall I increase it to 5 a day? Thanks Seaside Susie for all your suggestions

Yes you could, but you might find it cheaper to buy some 5000mcg lozenges and save the 1000mcg ones for when you need to go onto a maintenance dose.
