Could it be B12 ? - or low VitD - or low T3. Do you have any results ?

It could be all sorts of deficiencies. I'd suggest magnesium is worth an early trial.

I'd go with that and if you're prone to muscle spasms and cramps like restless legs you'll know you've got low Mag.

My last tests in August were B12 670,VitD 67,Mag 0.87 I do supplement these but not sure how levels are currently

Hi, i had similar in one eye for 18 months. It was almost like a facial spasm. It was at the eye clinic that they picked up my tiredness and gave the blood test for underactive thyroid. It was only when i was on medication that it rightrd itself. I would say that you need to have a blood test t see if you are under dosed. Good luck and hope it clears up.

MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY

I have had this too and it is so annoying! I am 99% certain that it can also be caused by pooling of T4 meds - I stopped my levo for 2 days and it went - I resumed my levo and it returned again

I waited another week and tried again - exactly the same happened

The obvious first thing would be Mag deficiency but just thought I would share my experience if vitamins and minerals don't end up helping or aren't the root cause for you.

Sounds interesting I do take 250 mg magnesium but its not helping maybe I need to increase dose?

You can safely try up to 600 and maybe as far as 700 but increase gradually.
