suesku12 High antibodies mean positive for autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's. I don't have personal experience of Hashi's but many members have commented that adopting a strict gluten free diet helps to reduce the antibodies. Gluten contains gliadin which is a protein that is thought to trigger the attacks. Some also find they need to be dairy free. Supplementing with selenium is also supposed to help reduce them, as is keeping TSH very low or suppressed.
Here's some reading about Hashi's:

Your TSH could actually be better, most people feel better when it is 1 or below and FT4 and FT3 in the upper parts of their respective ranges.
Do you have any results for FT4 and FT3? If so, post them with their ranges, there may be scope to tweak your meds which might help.
This is a bit left field but you could try cumin oil. I put a teaspoon in breakfast porridge . My antibodies have reduced considerably but I can't be definitive as to why.
Ok will try that thanks x I take turmerric and have found that helps joints a lot x
