Can I ask this lovely community for your help once again please with some test results. I am really well at the moment, for me.
Serum free triiodothyronine level 8.1pmo/l (3.9-6.8) Above range
Serum free T4 10.4pmo/L (10.5-26.0)Below range
Serum TSH 0.34miu/L (0.35-4.5) Below range
I am currently taking 20mcg T3 split into two doses morning and lunch, and 75 mcg Levo at night. Can anyone make sense of what I should do next, if anything? Thanks

FT3 will be high if T3 was taken before your blood draw as T3 peaks in blood for up to six hours. You should take T3 after your blood draw.
If you left 12-24 hours between last dose and blood draw you are over medicated and should reduce T3 dose. It doesn't matter that FT4 is low when FT3 is good.
