Does anyone know of a doctor in N. Ireland...or anywhere in Ireland, for that matter.....who would take adrenal insufficiency seriously? Thanks.

Thanks, Sandy12. My end let me try T3 10mcg added to 75mcg T4 (I was on this for a year) but told me this week that the government were pulling the plug on T3. To be honest it hadn't made any difference to my symptoms - mainly feeling abnormally cold when the temperature drops (and also getting easily overheated when it's warm.) I feel as if I'm on my own now - not sure whether to try NDT, persevere with T3/T4 or go back to Levo. I definitely have adrenal issues i.e. high afternoon and evening cortisol and read that you need to address these before starting NDT etc. I've just sent away to Blue Horizons for the Thyroid Panel to find out my levels, so hopefully that will give a clearer picture.

Thanks for replying NaturopathR. Could you please pm me info on Naturopaths in N.Ireland? Also, I noticed that you recommended Nutri-West's Core Adrenal. Would it be appropriate for someone with high afternoon and evening cortisol? Thanks again.
