You appear to be adequately dosed but if you feel symptomatic there is scope to increase dose to raise FT4 and FT3.
Thyroid peroxidase antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. 100% gluten-free diet may improve symptoms and reduce antibodies.

Ferritin is optimal halfway through range so you may want to increase your consumption of iron rich foods.
Vitamin D and folate levels are optimal.
B12 is very low. If you are vegetarian you need to supplement methylcobalamin. If you are not vegetarian your GP should investigate pernicious anaemia as a cause of low B12. You can get more information from healthunlocked.com/pasoc

As suggested by Clutter you need to have the low B12 investigated - are you vegetarian ? - taking Metformin - taking a PPI ?
I'm going to need injections probably, what is ppi?
Are you vegetarian ? Are you taking Metformin ? A PPI is a Protein Pump Inhibitor which blocks stomach acid and lowers B12 among other things.
You need to know if you have PA - Pernicious Anaemia - it is one known cause of LOW B12.
Are you taking any other medications ?
