T-3 and test Results...Severely depleated Vitamin D

Marz, Would you please have a look at the latest Reverse T-3 and other results please...also, could you please private message me with T-3 from Cyprus/Greece and if you think I should take T-3 given my results. Thank you so much! SusanKay

Where are the results you mention ? I cannot help with suppliers of T3 from Greece - I do not need on-line sources as I live here and buy locally. Ask for a PM from others here ....

Have you been to your GP as suggested when posters replied to your last post?

If you haven't need to go as a matter of urgency if the GP hasn't prescribed vitamin D3 for you. Take a copy NOT the original of your test results with you.

If the receptionist is difficult tell them you have been advised to see the GP today the reason for this is once your vitamin D levels fall under 10 you risk breaking bones. This starts with little bones but they are generally in your foot or hands so you will be in even more pain and function less than you are now.

In addition due to your low vitamin D levels your thyroid hormones will be shot plus you will have difficultly absorbing other vitamins and minerals. This is because like T3 there are vitamin D receptors all over the body and while everyone calls vitamin D a vitamin it is actually a pro-hormone.
