Levo & coffee

I normally take my Levo about 2am when I invariably wake up for a wee but I didn't take it till 6.30 this morning as for once I had a good night's sleep. However, I then stupidly I drank a pot of coffee about 30 mins later , totally forgetting about it stopping absorption. Should I increase my dose tonight or just forget about it? (I am on 125mcg).

Coffee lowers levothyroxine absorption by about a third, so you've missed out on a little under 50 mcg. It will make very little difference as the seven day half-life of levothyroxine means you will have many days levothyroxine in your blood.
