All you have posted is a full blood count (FBC) or complete blood count (CBC).

There is nothing on your FBC to worry about.

Unfortunately many GPs do this test instead of tests for TSH, FT4, FT3, vitamin D, ferritin, folate and vitamin B12 as doing a FBC is much cheaper than doing these tests.

Therefore if you want these tested you either have to challenge your GP and ask why they haven't been done as thyroidUK , a charity recognised by the NHS as it is mentioned on NHS Choices and in the NICE guidelines on thyroid disease, mention these should be done for patients with thyroid conditions. Alternatively you have to pay privately to get these done. Most here use Blue Horizon plus 11 test.

BTW you don't need a B12 test unless it is an active B12 test as a serum B12 test will show what you have just injected.

I can't see your thyroid function tests either, all I can see is a Full Blood Count.

Sorry I just realised you are the thread starter. Starting so many threads just confuses people.

Your TSH is only just below range and your FT4 is at a good level. Unfortunately you need a FT3 result to see whether you are converting T4 into T3.

Unfortunately the NHS labs are told there is no benefit in doing this and refuse to do it if asked, so you either have to have a doctor who is willing to battle them to get this test done or pay to get it done privately. Blue Horizon do such tests.
