First blood test since adding T3

Hello All.

I'm due a blood test next Wednesday and want the T3 and T4 results to be as accurate as possible - my dr's not concerned about TSH. I take T3 and T4 together when I get up during the night to go to the bathroom, usually between 3 and 4 a.m. Obviously I will not be taking meds that morning, but that will mean that it will have been around 28 hours since my last dose. I think that is too long and I won't get the accurate result that I'm looking for. Am I right in thinking that the time between dose and test is different for T3 and T4? Any suggestions please as to how I can reduce the gap between taking my meds and the blood test, which will be around 8.30am. Thank you.

Leabrook,

Perhaps you could take T3 and T4 earlier, say around midnight.

Thanks Clutter . I could do that if you think about 8 1/2 hours is enough.
