How do you know you're going hyper? Do you feel it or is the doctor telling you that based on his (possibly flawed) interpretation of blood tests?

Is your doctor just testing/looking at the TSH? If so, you're absolutely bound to between hypo and 'hyper' (over-medicated, you can't actually go hyper). It's the worst possible way to dose a hypo patient.

Or, alternatively, do you have Hashi's? In which case, you would swing from one to the other. But, there's little your doctor can do about that, except keep your TSH suppressed.

Maybe Rosacea ? I have Hashi's but used to get this quite a lot, not so much lately. High histamine foods such as tomatoes aggravate it. Big mistake I did but was ignorant of, was taking long term anti biotics for it...then came gut trouble..PPi's ...more gut trouble. On the positive I stopped all that C..p and things are much better gut wise apart from gall bladder which is coming out on Tuesday x
