I doubt it, most people have treatment to manage the symptoms of autoimmune diseases.

No it is not. Autoimmune disease is when your body's white cells attack your organs. AIDS is Acquired Immmune Deficiency Syndrome. I posted a link above to explain the differences.

The answer is yes is you have a certain virus but this is usually picked up from sexual contact with others who have the virus. Majority of auto-immune diseases are from other causes and have nothing at all to do with Aids.
