Tsh = 3.7 (0.40-5.00 ml U/L)
T4 = 12 (9.00-19.00pmol/L)

Unfortunately as your TSH and T4 are in range it means the doctor will regard your results as "normal". This means however much you push you will NOT get prescribed levo.
I've noticed your doctor hasn't done any tests for ferritin, folate, vitamin B12 and vitamin D. If you are low or deficient in one or any of those you will feel terrible.
I would go back and ask for those to be done if they haven't been done in the past year. Make it very clear to the doctor if you have been housebound, work long hours inside or are inside most of the due to illness for most of the year as the vitamin D guidelines state they should test you if your lifestyle is like that.
Also tell the doctor it is not normal to feel terrible, you are aware that being low in any of these could be the culprit and "why haven't you haven't been tested for them?"
Start a new thread with the results and range once you have them. If the doctor refuses you are going to have to get them done privately.
Be aware some doctors will not do the ferritin test because they don't understand that you can have haemoglobin in range and low ferritin. (Ferritin is a protein that stores iron. Haemoglobin is a protein that contains iron that carries oxygen in the blood. )
So The Dr weighed me and looked again at my previous results, he said I'm not overweight so doesn't see why I would want to bring my "tsh level" down as it is normal, he got a bit angry at me as I said that I feel exhausted and can't loose the weight no matter what I do and would like to be referred to a specialist, he said no so I asked for the extra tests which he begrudgingly did so will go for the tests fasted next week. I also asked if there were any supplements I can take, to which he got very abrupt again telling me I am absolutely fine and maybe I need to see a councillor!!!! I said no chance! So are there any supplements that anyone can suggest so that I can naturally support of lower my tsh levels and bring up my T4?
Wait until you get your new test results back. (Try and go first thing on Monday morning even if you have to queue outside to get the done so they are back by Friday.)
Once you do post a new thread listing these current thyroid results with ranges and those for your current tests you have had.
The reasons for this is:
1. If you have low/deficient vitamin or mineral levels, and it is very possible, then you won't have spent money on random supplements.
2. You need to have adequate nutrients for your body including your thyroid to function effectively
3. It takes time in terms of months (and even over a year) for the vast majority of supplements whether they are vitamins, minerals or thyroid hormones to act so a delay of a week isn't going to harm you.
Finally we actually need to know FT3 levels on this site before advising people on any thyroid hormone supplementation. The NHS doesn't test FT3 levels so you have to pay privately to get this tested.
BTW It is common for male doctors to imply female patients who are tired are "crazy". I know from my male friends , male doctors tell men it's because they are "old" even if they are only in their 30s. I would change practices to one with female doctors in it. Even while they can be rude they aren't as rude.
