I can't comment on their efficacy, admittedly. That said, if you're looking to make real improvements in your health or correct a B12 deficiency, I wouldn't personally opt for these. My reasons for that are, the patch is supplied as a once a week application but it provides almost negligible amounts when you spread the dose over 7 days. For example, b12 works out at only 714mcg a day (fine if you're not deficient and have no absorption issues) which I doubt would make any real difference in most people. B6 works out at 429mcg, 25% of minimum RDA. Folic acid comes in at 71mcg a day, 17% of the RDA. Also many argue the case of folic acid being one of the worst forms of folate you can get. Expanding on that point, on amazon at least, there is absolutely no data for what forms of vitamins you're getting, usually a red flag for the cheap synthetic forms. It also has no information on any additives or fillers.

So balancing that information with a cost of nearly £13 for only 6 patches... In my opinion, just not worth the money. You'd have to use it daily to get a decent amount of what is most likely not the best form. Just my two pence!

Also regarding it being transdermal, I doubt it's really a huge issue, but there is some confliction over how much is actually absorbed.

I did try them but noticed no improvement. I think you were meant to apply two a week; I probably should have used about six every day! But the ones I used had a lot of positive reviews.
