Feeling Tired From Early Morning to Noon

It is now four years and I'm feeling tired all morning starting 4:00AM or so and I start to relax at noon and almost normal at night. I cannot tolerate high salt or magnesium food. Looks like something related to adrenals, but not able to understand what it is! I have done many tests everything seem normal!

Well, it sounds like adrenal fatigue, where cortisol is low in the morning, but gets higher through the day. Have you done a 24 hour saliva cortisol test?

Hi greygoose, I'm trying to find an easy way to do it.

But, how adrenal fatigue is linked to salt and magnesium?

Looking at previous posts......You were being investigated for low adrenal hormones. What was the outcome?

Greygoose suggestion of 24hour cortisol test would be good idea.

Salt is essential for adrenals.

You can boost with adrenal cocktail

Magnesium .......Have you checked Vit D level?

Serum test for magnesium apparently unreliable.
