Anyone use Phosphatidylserine or Holy Basil and find it upsets their stomach or is giving them other side effects?

I used 100mg of PS at night to help me get to sleep and really liked how it worked for me (I could feel my brain sort of switch off and I just dropped straight off to sleep and stayed asleep until morning). Sadly I had to stop taking it because my blood pressure was too low the following morning. My hypotension signs include feeling nauseated and light headed. I also have Holy Basil teabags and can tolerate one cup now and then, but when I had three cups in one day I experienced nausea.

I didn't measure it; I've had hypotension all my life so I know the signs when it's dropped too far - nausea, dizziness, 'greying out', yawning constantly until I lie down etc.

I take Phosphatidyl Serine 2 x 200mg daily, and haven't noticed any tummy issues or side-effects.
