hello

my last test were t31.81 and tsh1.81 I was om 75 of levothyroxine I put it up to 86 but now I feel a bit agitated and nervy do you think its gone a bit to far up and should I put it back to 75? also I seem to of got a bit of hair loss although it doesn't lookdiferent

A month ago you posted your results for B12, folate and vitamin D - they were all low. But Ferritin was ok.

Have you been supplementing to improve them. These all need to at good (not just average) levels for thyroid hormones to work in our cells.
