What is' normal' iodine uptake with nuclear thyroid scan?

I have half a thyroid , thought congenital atrophy thyroid gland. My most recent iodine uptake reported iodine uptake normal at 1.6%. Is this within normal?

Help (online reports say normal range starts at 10%!

I honestly dont know youll have to pose hun but its got to be optimal a high level as the thyroid is the master gland it controls so much of body functions so if its not optimal were sick and lots go wrong that with the adrenals im getting all my stuuf done next tuesday to see if it will help me .it controls your digestion what enzyes are nad or not .so much .im following .so please ask ill try and help where i can .😉
