Funnygembunni, I had the same experience with Armour 3 years ago and had to stop taking it and switch back to synthetic T4+T3 combination, which I had been on before trying Armour. It took a few weeks for the rash to go away. It was a terribly itchy rash. Unfortunately, I have had histamine intolerance ever since and am now on antihistamines.
