Hello, I'm new here ... I'm on 75 Levo and just bought a tab of Thyro Complex by Martin Budd. I can see that many people tried this supplement before but couldn't find info about if is OK to take this with the Levo or not? Can you advise?

No, it probably has iron in it so take it at least 4 hours apart from levo
No, it doesn't contain iron, but any supplement should be taken well away from thyroid hormone.
It contains a tiny amount of magnesium citrate - not enough to help at all, but enough to mean you should take it 6 hours away from thyroid hormone.
It's a bit of a mish-mash of not much at all, to be honest. I think it's a complete waste of money. And it's not cheap! And it wasn't really designed for people with thyroid problems, but as a 'support' for people who are scared of developing thyroid problems. It is supposed to 'support' the gland, but actually stimulates it, with things like liquorice.
It contains iodine, which shouldn't be taken by people with thyroid problems unless they have tested deficient. It contains folic acid, which is not the right form to take, you need methylfolate. And it doesn't contain enough of anything to treat a true deficiency.
You would be far better off getting your vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin tested - which are the nutrients really necessary for hormone synthesis - and treating deficiences individually. You're not going to get much benefit out of this.
