i am learning so much and have a good understanding of where i am at min. thanks everyone. not sure about next stage. when do you need to investigate reverse t4 and 3

There is no such thing as reverse T4. T4 converts proportionally to T3 and reverse T3 (rT3). rT3 is the body's brake on converting too much T3 and becoming hyperthyroid. High levels of unconverted T4 may convert to high rT3. As you aren't taking thyroid medication it is very unlikely you will have high rT3. You can order FT3 and rT3 tests from Blue Horizon and Genova.
