I don't think so, Susiebow.

Mood can certainly be low when T3 is low but I've not read anything to suggest too much T3 causes low mood.

Hi Clutter ,thanks for that .I have raised today to 50 mcg daily split into 3 doses.Will see if I improve.Is 50 mcg a high dose ?

50mcg T3 is equivalent to 150mcg T4.

I used to take 150 of t4 before I became intolerant to it.Thanks Clutter.
