Do i have Hashimoto's

TSH 5.73 [0.35 - 5.5]

TS4 11.8 [10.0 - 19.8]

TPO is  >1300 [0.0 - 60]

But i feel fine

Thyroid peroxidase antibodies 1,300 is high and is positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) which progressively destroys the thyroid gland causing 90% of hypothyroidism.  100% gluten-free diet may be helpful in reducing Hashi symptoms and antibodies.

TSH 5.73 is over range and FT4 11.8 is low in range (subclinical hypothyroidism).  In the presence of positive antibodies many doctors will commence Levothyroxine treatment to avoid progression to overt hypothyroidism.
