lower temperature after starting ndt​

hi i started ndt 2 days ago, the first day i started on 1/2 a grain and it knocked me for six so yesterday i cut it down to a 1/4 a grain i had some brain fog to start with but after my energy felt really good and i  had a good day but i noticed my temps had dropped even more and this morning it was 35.1 witch is very low for me im normany around 35.7. is this normal to have a drop in body temp at the start of meds?? thanks mark

You are on an extremely low dose at present equal to around 25mcg levo. I think as you very gradually increase your temp will pick up.

Thyroid hormones drive our metabolism (energy) and when we are on optimum everything should work well.
