Blood results
Tina-R,
TSH 0.02 is suppressed below range but unless FT4 is over range you are not over medicated.
Ferritin >70 is usually satisfactory. Ferritin is optimal >100 through to halfway through range.
Serum folate 3.2 is deficient. Your GP should prescribe 5mg folic acid.
B12 351 is within range so NHS won't prescribe. B12 is optimal around 1,000. Supplement 1,000mcg methylcobalamin and take a B Complex vitamin to keep the other B vits balanced.
High ESR indicates there is inflammation somewhere in your body.
There are no lab ranges for your other results so it can't be determined whether they are within range, high or low.

Thank you he has given me folic acid 5mg so will get some b12 vitamins and see how I go thanks again
Tina-R,
5mg folic acid daily for a month was sufficient to get my folate from 3.1 to over 8 which my GP thought was satisfactory.
Thanks his given me 2 months supply
Folate is a water soluble vitamin that is not stored in the body. So once you've got more energy, check on google for foods that are high in folate. See if you are eating them now and if not, work them into your diet.
Folate containing foods are also good sources of other B vitamins and minerals. So longterm, they are a better for you than a supplement.
