I seem to have trouble understanding my results. FT3 is 4.48 TF4 is 25.43 and TSH is 0.05, and I take 150 levothyroxine tablets.

If you have the ranges of these results - it will be helpful for members to comment. Labs differ throughout the country with their ranges.
Hi Jaishreep, You are Welcome
Can you put your ranges for these results. These are normally written beside the initial figure .
Eg;
T4..25.43. (12 - 22)
Thank you
Jose651
Jaishreep,
TSH 0.05. Typically the bottom of range will be 0.27 or 0.35 which means your TSH is below range. TSH <0.1 is often described as 'suppressed'.
FT4 25.43 (9.0-20). Your FT4 is quite a bit over range which can indicate over medication but as your FT3 is low it means you are not converting T4 to T3 well.
FT3 4.48 (4.0-8.3). FT3 is low in range. Ideally FT3 will be over halfway through range into the top third ie FT3 6.15-8.3.
Low TSH, high FT4 and low FT3 indicate poor T4 to T3 conversion.
