Your thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPO) are positive, indicating you have autoimmune thyroiditis, or Hashimoto's.

Tissue transglutamine result is negative for coeliac disease.
Thyroid peroxidase is positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). Although you are negative or coeliac it can still be worth adopting 100% gluten-free diet as many Hashi patients find it helps reduce Hashi symptoms and antibodies.

FT4 and FT3 are within normal range although FT3 is quite low in range. Was TSH tested?
