B12 and hashi
Yes it is fine to take B12 with levo, but it wil only make you feel better if you are low in it or have a genetic flaw which makes it hard to metabolise. Has your B12 ever been tested? The P A assoc thinks it should be much higher than the usual range.
Hi I take 100 mcg of levo and started the sublingual b12 last week. I feel a little better already. So you should be ok. Good luck
Do you have some thyroid results you could post - with ranges. It is possible your dose needs tweaking. There is so much to read and learn about Hashi's and it can be a long journey....but well worth taking.
What were your results of B12 - Ferritin - Folate - VitD ? Perhaps they are low in range. Low Iron will make you feel tired.
Maybe have a read of the website of Dr Izabella Wentz. She has a Newsletter too and her book - Hashimotos - The Root Cause - is a good read. Someone posted here recently about her on-line course tackling Hashimotos.
Most people with a thyroid issue have low B12 - but it would be better to have it tested first and then post in a new post. If you do not want to go to your GP then you can have private testing through Thyroid UK and Blue Horizon.

Hope you soon feel stronger....
PS - have just been taking a look at your earlier posts/profile and can see that B12 and all the others will need to be optimal for your levo to work and for you to feel well.
