Thanks! Chris Rock is always hysterical... Bill Maher's rant is great: Americans can be really good at hitting back in ways we don't see too much of here.

We all know it yet it never changes... maybe the next 'Revolution' will be an actual War on [prescribed, rubbish] Drugs ;-)

HI Linda, yes I watched Bill Maher next, so they know how bad big pharma is, so why don't they all do something about it!! Just say no to the meds, and yes to proper diet.. Cheaper for them immediately, no hospital and health bills, and proper real food, is cheaper than rubbishy crap.

You see these people with their carts full of crisps pop etc, why can't they buy fresh fruit and veg at the local veggie shop, and chicken etc is cheap at the Halals, or Lidl and Aldi, so no excuse not to eat properly, just they're too lazy doing nothing, coz in general these people don't work, and even if they can't work, then that means they have lots of time to cook properly.

Today I prepared myself a healthy cottage cheese fresh salad for lunch, lots of lemon, himilayan rock salt, fresh black pepper, and extra virgin olive oil, took a couple of mins, to take to my shop. What's the big deal, 2 mins for health and better for your pocket!! It takes just as long to put a microwave meal on to cook, as it does to prepare a salad. Tonight I will fry some chicken in coconut oil, lots of garlic and onions, steam some leeks and carrots, all taking round 10mins, overfrying chicken makes it hard. Where's the work in that!

I know, its unbelievable... a bizarre society has somehow been created but its not in isolation, because it ultimately affects all of us, e.g. drain on healthcare, schooling and overall attitudes towards life itself :-(

Aside from that, the medical profession has not helped one iota with its arrogant lack of knowledge, patently stupid information and, well, just shoddy performance on food/dietary issues, where people have been and continue to be 'made ill' by following rubbish advice. Then patients are told to take their 'smarties' to try to put right that which they were told to do in the first place by doctors [e.g. low fat].

If we don't take care of ourselves, no one else is going to!
