adrenal test, buspirone and melatonin help

i have my saliva test ready to do

buspirone highers cortisol and im on 10mg 3 times a day

melatonin lowers cortisol i take 2-3 mg a night or i dont sleep

is there anything adrenal test friendly i cant take as i need to stop the above for 2 weeks

i know anti d's shouldnt be stopped but if mine highers cortisol ill just be wasting my money
