Josephaine, FT4 is often low in range when patients are taking Armour or T4+T3. I would adjust dose in 1/4 grain (15mg) increments to avoid becoming overmedicated when increasing, and becoming undermedicated when decreasing.
Do you know whether your ferritin level is good? Low ferritin/iron can make it difficult to increase dose without feeling hyper.
Antibodies are postive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). 100% gluten-free diet can help reduce Hashi flares, symptoms and antibodies.
