So I'm unexpectedly pregnant (around 5 weeks) it had been April the last time my levels were checked and they were in range (tsh about 0.27)
Was checked last week and tsh is suppressed 0.02 t4 is a little above range too (23 or so). I had been taking nutri thyroid which I suspect caused the suppression, I have stopped now as no one knows if it's safe in pregnancy.
My Dr wants me to reduce my dose from 100/125 alternate days to 100 a day (eltroxin), but as I know tsh rises in pregnancy I'm not sure whether to or not?
I'm pretty sure stopping the nutri alone will cause my tsh to normalize...
Any thoughts or advice?

Congratulations, Gracegirl178, you didn't hang around
I think you're right to wait and see what difference stopping NutriThyroid makes. As far as I'm aware it is high TSH and low FT4 which may endanger pregnancy. I'm not aware that low TSH and mildly elevated FT4 is likely to be a problem.
