Hi Casey, and welcome, do you also have thyroid problems? Flushing is common in hypothyroidism.

Hi Casey

I found sage extract really helpful - took it for about a week before I noticed a reduction in symptoms, especially at night, and then I took it for at least six months every day. Then later I would stop taking it and start again if the flushes came back - I reckon it took about five years for the flushing to stop completely.

(I didn't take anything else, just sage)

I bought it from Healthspan.

Sounds drastic but if I cut out caffeine and alcohol completely my hot sweats vanish. Over Christmas I had few drinks and diet comes and they came back but mildly. There does seem a correlation between the amount of alcohol and caffeine and how bad the sweats are.

Worked for me, hope you find a solution too

Hi Casey

I’m 51 and a few months ago felt the same as you. I use the Menopace Original by Vitabiotics, it’s widely available and has completely stopped my hot flushes. Good luck.
