Article: Does Inflammation Increase Fracture Risk?

Leads me to wonder whether patients with autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimoto's) in the past were given higher doses of replacement hormones due to their unresolved symptoms, but their bone loss and fractures were really due to the inflammation.
