I Don't know if this applies to anyone here where zéolites are concerned, but I know people talk about almond milk and calcium suppléments, so I thought this might be helpful.

oh dear, i do use some almond milk, but I guess occasional use is not the end of the world... I hope :D

Does it not have the ingrédients on the box? Remember this is written by an American. That doesn't mean it's the same all over the world.

Oh well it contains 2 % almond and the rest is BS :D Well does not hurt me to know what I am buying. Been thinking it is proper almond milk, now I pay for colored water with additives and vitamins. Sigh

So anyways the product I am using is not worth the money.

Well, even that is good to know. Perhaps you can make your own. A lot of people do.

But wait, almond milk would be at least 95% water (as would milk). Probably more. So this may not be the issue it's being made out to be!

Well, I think it dépends on the almond milk. He's not saying they are all bad, I Don't think, but some of them aren't what they're cracked up to be, and have other, unpleasant things, added to them. It's not about water.

I know some water is needed :D it is more about the other stuff added that I would rather avoid.

Exactly.

Oh thanks, just confirms what I already feel: It^s a mine field of misinformation and conflictual advice.

It sure it!

Oh great, just when you think you are on top of things, it's still a mine field of conflictual advice.

Thank you Greygoose! I will definitely keep this in mind. Unfortunately, however I do need to keep the Zeolite going for now to help with the high Mercury issue. I do however, have been taking breaks. I will also be having my blood taken tomorrow.

Hopefully, next week I should have the results to check the T3, thyroid panel and Mercury.

Do you really think the zeolite is helping. He seems to be saying it doesn't work.

Greygoose. I do believe it is working. However, the fact is only a mercury blood test can prove it! I really appreciate you pointing this out. It is wise for me to question it just in case. I did come across this other article to to contradict the article above.

As always, one wonders where the truth lies? I just decided to use the Zeolite as it seemed to be a more nature approach vs conventional mercury chelators with high side effects.

I hope indeed it is helping vs. hindering me. I will keep you posted!!

Interesting. Not a subject I know anything about. But there are always two sides to every story. I guess you just have to chose which one sits well with you.

Of course, as she says, he does sell his own suppléments, which - whilst I can understand the reasoning behind doing so - always makes their advice look a bit dodgey...

Be interesting to know what happens when you get tested. :)

Greygoose- Hmmm you are right. In fact, both articles support or suggest other supplements. Bof! I will post once I have my blood results.

Please especially take care with all this chaos in France!!

Crikey! I've recently started to use Almond milk as an alternative to cow's to see if it helped my reflux. Luckily I didn't get on with it but I stupidly thought at the time I was trying to be healthier.

We really have no idea at all what we are actually eating or drinking unless we make it ourselves, do we? Great link. Thanks

You're welcome. :)

Interesting as I became vegan and started using almond milk with added b12 though in the process, I realized that my b12 was not optimal any longer and in my case, I needed to go back to regular dairy and eggs in order to get my b12. I believe that added b12 to almond milk is definitely not absorb by people with thyroid issues. Thanks for sharing. I actually stopped drinking almond milk a month ago and started a gluten free diet with probiotic.
