I take 2 tbs of raw organic cacao daily with my green stevia powder for sweetener, and only coconut milk, not cow's milk, as it renders the very high anti-oxidant value, useless.
I also take a few cups of ceylon cinnamon, together with a bit of hot milk, and my stevia again.
