Raw organic cacao and ceylon cinnamon (not the cassia one, we buy in the shops)

I take 2 tbs of raw organic cacao daily with my green stevia powder for sweetener, and only coconut milk, not cow's milk, as it renders the very high anti-oxidant value, useless.

I also take a few cups of ceylon cinnamon, together with a bit of hot milk, and my stevia again.

Loads more info on the net, if you are interested. Regardless of the health benefits, I love my cacao and cinnamon, and you can combine them, but not with adding the hot milk, just the coconut milk.
