Has been asked before - but I keep forgetting!!! Which form of VIT. B12 is recommended for hypothyroid ?Thank you

Jarrow Methylcobalamin is the one regularly suggested on this forum :-) They do them in 1000 or 5000mcg lozenges !

They do 500mcg ,2500 mcg and 1 mg as well but you have to check the prices carefully to find the best value.

I use Better You Boost spray and am pleased with it. Easy to use!

Oh dear - I haven't read that about teeth damage. Maybe try another brand. Am afraid I do not have suggestions - and I have just ordered more of the 5000mcg :-)
