had bloods dne yesterday after having the tablet and felt id say 50% better than i have in a long time

today is the same old feel like death story

why did i feel better after the tablet?

they are doing it to rule out cushings

did the 24 hour urine last week

Cushings or Addisons? Sounds more like Addisons if you felt better on the dex. Do you have the result from the urine test?

ruling out cushings because my saliva test came back high at all 4 points

no urine results yet

I'm the same. Had dex test Monday, felt fab next day, back to poo again now though. My endo says dexamethasone is a very strong steroid and anyone would feel "better" taking it. I have "silent" Cushing's xx
