Anyone else not get their daily email?

Daily emails stopped coming about 4-6 weeks ago.

Crimple and Fran777,

Click on your username on the green HU banner and select Account. Check the box is ticked for Email me a daily summary of what's new in my communities. Save.

If the box is ticked, untick, tick again and Save.

If you don't get daily digest emails tomorrow, please use the Help button on the HU banner or email [e-mail]

Clutter thanks for you help. My box had not been ticked. I suspect it was "unticked" due to some issues with my computer!

Maybe yoou can help me with something else. The box at top right of page "Search HealthUnlocked" I can type into the box but there is no "button" to click to begin the search. I have reported it several times to no avail. Many thanks

Search box - type in the box, then just press Enter / Return (or whatever you like to call it). Extra button not needed.

Anthea, thanks for this. Pressing enter in the past did not work but it did today. So it seems I have had a few gremlins!! Hope I've seen the last of them.

Your email provider may be seeing the emails as spam, and blocking them. This happened to me with Talktalk. I simply changed my address to my Google mail address, and the emails reappeared.

BTW Talktalk denied that they were blocking the emails from HU, but shortly after, my daily emails from another source stopped arriving in my Talktalk email inbox, and reappeared when I used my Google mail account.

Thanks for your help. I did get my email this morning affter folloing Clutter's advice. Can't understand how my setting had changed! Another one of life's mysteries, like thyroid disease! LOL
