Yes Helen,

I had blood clots behind both knees on a flight to The Philipinnes a few years ago

and since then have taken 75mg Asprin every morning with breakfast I know

they say it can cause stomach bleeds ... but it's never done that to me ...

and I always , before a flight take morning .... and night with food !

it keeps the blood thinner and I'm sure you've read about Asprin and stomach cancer and other associated medical claims .. I never take Painkillers and anti inflammatory

medication ..l am a real believer in the medical benefits of the simple Asprin.

check with your doctor first but I've found it to be most helpful and have never

suffered blood clotting since taking Asprin daily.

Bon Voyage ! and stay well....
