I am flying to Australia from Ireland via UK in July. I have Hypo, Fibro and Adrenal exhaustion. I am really hoping to feel a bit better than I do now! Does anyone have any tips or know of any good links/articles? Thanks, Di

Ask for a centre isle seat so you can get up for water and loo and exercise. Carry extra meds, half in your hand baggage, half in suitcase, just in case one goes missing.

Plan timing of your medication in advance, using home and destination times of day and taking into account flight time, (if possible with medical advice). Tick off each dose on your list as you take it. (It's much easier to get muddled about what you've taken with time changes). Adopt time of destination as soon as you get on the flight and try to have medication aligned with new daytime before you land. Good luck and have a great time!
