Hair loss

Would just like to say that I have noticed improvement since using Alpecin shampoo regularly and also taking hair skin and nails pills. not sure which it is that is working but something is as it was falling out by the handfull. Have also recently had increase in levo so who knows. Ill just keep them all up as hair loss is devastating!!

Brill news that your hair loss is slowing down, its distressing to leave behind a trail of hair wherever we go - especially when we don't have the energy to push a vacuum around the house to clear it away.

Which/what hair and nails tablets are you taking?

just tescos own hair nail and skin ones in siver box. about 3 quid for months supply. they are next to the perfectil which are around 6 quid but they look like the same thing to me. lots of protein x

Its a blue and silver box with hair skin and nails multivitamins on the front. Im not saying that they are definitely the reason but I have been taking them for 2 months and have noticed a significant difference in hair and nails. Have also been using Alpecin caffeine shampoo though and have been eating more protein and less gluten and have also had a 25mcg increase in levothyroxine a couple of weeks back so who knows??? I don't old bean, just saying ;))

But if you mean whats on the packet as in ingredients then sorry Im not at home at the mo so cant chesk for you but basically a varied mix of vitamins but I remember checking them next to the perfectil and was exactly same
