I'm sorry I don't think the link posted. My youtube channel name is JackedAndDan

Thanks!!

Too much background noise so unable to watch, seems silly to be talking on a serious subject whilst driving.

Using what little free time I have to vlog and help people? Yeah that seems so silly....

That's great you have recovered but I wonder if you had a type of thyroid gland dysfunction called:-

De Quervain’s thyroiditis settles down after a few days and is often followed by a spell of hypothyroidism lasting a few weeks or months, before the thyroid gland recovers completely.

Very occasionally, the condition may recur or the low levels of thyroid hormones caused by it can be permanent and may require long-term treatment with thyroid hormone replacement medication."

Whatever it is you are well now and am glad for you.

Actually my gland wasn't the issue. It was a t4 to t3 conversion that was the problem. I appreciate the kind words!

We know there can be a T4 to T3 conversion problem but it's a pity many of the 'experts' appear unaware of that phenomenon.

I agree. It's crazy that doctors are this ignorant!

Thank you very much for Under-lining a point I am always trying to make about dieting and exercise!

I do hope you're not going to make the rest of your videos whist driving! For one thing, it's very distracting for people trying to concentrate on what you're saying. But it also looks dangerous because you're not concentrating on your driving! :)

Take care.

Yes I was only vlogging while driving because I've been pressed for free time so I figured I would utilize the time traveling to help others.

My second video is now uploaded and I talk about my diagnosis!

Please watch here and subscribe as I will be continuing the series :)

oh that's odd that the link to the playlist doesn't work for you.. It seems to work ok for me. I will post the videos directly here in the future o that others don't have to go to a different web page.
