I've tried the Foster Maneuver, and if you have BPPV ( the kind of vertigo dependent on head movements), it seems to work well. Apparently, BPPV, (or positional vertigo), is also linked to low levels of vitamin D, so checking those is useful (aiming for the standards set by the Vitamin D Council in the US, rather than those used in the UK by the NHS).
....and the lady in the video has in my non-medical opinion - has a thyroid problems. Those two necklaces on her neck are pointing out that the thyroid needs attention. Learnt this from a Greek Doc - he could spot his thyroid patients immediately. I once did a post about it around two years ago !! Also her nails looked dodgy ! So along with the LOW B12 I would say the low thyroid was a cause of her vertigo ! Dr Myhill mentions vertigo in her latest book as being a common thyroid symptom.....
