Been over a week without pain pills but I have had to give in the pain in my back is unbearable d**n u body work. I was doing so well. Hope all is well with everyone else x

Razzar, you've done well to cope for a week without pain relief. I'm never sure whether it is helpful to dose pain as and when required, or with regular doses to prevent pain bedding in. Probably depends on the type of pain experienced.

I have a buckled spine at the bottom. Prob is if I take everyday I get addicted to them but if I don't take then I am in agony I can't win really x

Razzar, addiction is a problem plus pain relief doesn't work so well when you get used to it. Have you been referred to a pain clinic to help you manage the pain?

That's the problem they put me on the med's that got me.addicted. I think if.anyone. has to be on that sort of medicine long time they would run into problems. Ohh well I can only try . X

Razzar, it may be worth asking for a referral if one hasn't been offered. The complications from long term, high dose pain medication can be dreadful.
