Has anyone else read about how we can be oestrogen dominant and that our bodies need a balance of oestrogen and progesterone .

I have started to take Agnus Castus as the natural progesterone cream is way out of my financial pocket. Also the synthetic progesterone cream just does not work.

Definitely, especially now that estrogen based pesticides are in our every day food. This guy explains it if you find the spot on this video. Very interesting....calling progesterone a cancer fighter.

Thank you. I have just watched the video. What a wealth of information. A lot to take in and interestingly Dr. Says about Iodine and how it is needed but health people tell you it is dangerous. It is so confusing to us lay people. So we need to keep researching and learning as much as we can to know our bodies and try to keep it healthy. We haven't got enough people around like this guy! Pity!

Hi Win, I think it depends on the circumstances. If you have autoimmune Hashimoto's, they feel the attack will be expanded by any added iodine. And yet, iodine is very important. It shares the same receptors with toxic chemicals like fluoride, chlorine and bromides. That is often the reason that we become iodine deficient in the first place. I have taken the 1 mg. iodine supplement with no problem. Google an article on halides for better explanation.

Dr. Bergman has many videos on youtube and all very informative. I think the one on neuropathy is a real eye opener.
