I don't think so. If you are on too high a dose of Carbimazole it will make you hypothyroid which can stop your period temporarily. Have you had thyroid blood tests recently? Post results if you have them and ask your GP for a thyroid test if you haven't had one recently. A blood test can also tell whether you are peri or menopausal.
