Can anyone suggest any supplements that may help with joint pain and hot sweats please?

Thyroid seems to be ok, I just have moments when I can hardly walk I feel so stiff especially one of my knees which is very painful.

Thanks in advance.

Greenfingers, ask your GP to test ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate. Low iron and vitD can cause joint pain and low B12 and folate can cause sweats.

Thanks Clutter for your reply. I had a health check a few months ago and had a number of blood tests but not sure if the ones you mention would have been included in them. I will check.

I didn't suffer too badly during the menopause, just some hot flushes. I took a 2000mg tablet of sage daily and they disappeared within a week. If they start up,again. I just take the sage again until they die down. Clemmie
