Sorry to be a pest but I've once again forgotten how to reply to a private message. HELP!

Scroll down to the bottom of the private message, there is a rectangular box - type your reply in that box. When finished click on the orange box that says "Reply to message" or "Submit reply" or similar wording. Hope that helps.
