ferritin result question

hi, all. i was wondering how the following ferritin result looks:

96 ng/ml, reference range 30-400

Julie, 96 is respectable and unlikely to cause you problems but optimal is half way through range. You could supplement iron and take each tablet with 500mg-1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation.
